| Transfers
start only from the physical persons and in favor of the physical
persons. The delivery of transfer is accomplished to exceptionally
physical face (recipient or sender). The delivery of transfer
to recipient is possible immediately after the introduction
of the transfer into the system. The maximum sum of transfer
comprises 20000USD.Commission for the realization of
transfer composes 2,5% of the transfer sum, but not less
than 5 usd. The payment of the entire sum of commission
for the realization of transfer, just as the responsibility
of the recipient's notice about the transfer which is sent for
his name, and also the address of the delivery point is laid
on the sender of transfer. |

SENDING OF THE TRANSFER
Obtaining the sum of transfer and commission from the sender is produced
on the basis of the sender's statement for "STB
- EXPRESS ®™" money transfer and the document,
which certifies the personality of sender.
The receipt about the method of transfer, in which the information
is completely duplicated, indicated by sender in the statement to
the transfer, serves as confirmation of the correct information input
with the method of transfer from the sender, and also the number of
transfer and the sum of the held from the sender commission is indicated.
Sender can obtain the information about the state of the sent transfer
("transfer is accepted, ready to delivery", "transfer
is given out partially", "transfer is given out completely")
without the additional charge and/or edit data of the sent
transfer. Editing is achieved only in the point of recieving/delivery
of transfers, in which this transfer was introduced into the system,
on the basis of the new statement to the transfer, filled with sender,
with the delivery to the sender of new documents about the method
of transfer.
OBTAINING THE TRANSFER
Delivery to the recipient the sum of transfer is produced on the basis
of the document, which certifies the personality of recipient. The
delivery is possible only with the filling by the recipient the required
fields, provided in the statement for the delivery of transfer.
If while sending the transfer sender obtained a password as
a property in the statement for the delivery and/or form and data
of the document, which certifies the personality of recipient,
the indication of these properties by recipient is necessary
condition for the delivery to him the sum of transfer.
The recipient can take the partial sum of transfer by desire.
